Cultivation & Harvest
We cultivate our own olives on land shaped by the delta of the Acheloos River — a unique microclimate that gives our fruit richness, balance, and character. Our groves consist exclusively of the Koroneiki variety, known for producing high-quality, aromatic extra virgin olive oil.
Our farming practices are rooted in sustainability, with careful monitoring of soil health, irrigation, and seasonal rhythms. Harvesting is done at the optimum stage of ripeness to preserve the freshness and nutritional value of the olive. Timing is everything — and our team works with efficiency and expertise to ensure the fruit is delivered promptly and in excellent condition.
Milling & Extraction
We collaborate with a trusted, certified olive mill that shares our values around hygiene, traceability, and quality. The olives are cold-extracted using modern methods that preserve the oil’s rich flavor profile, antioxidants, and aroma.
Storage & Packaging
After extraction, the oil is stored in stainless steel tanks under ideal conditions — cool, dark, and oxygen-controlled. Bottling is carried out by an experienced packaging facility, where each unit is sealed, labeled, and prepared with care.
